Menstruating is top level sport for your body. Your body needs a lot of energy for that. So it's very normal that lifting weitghts feels heavier than usual. Don't feel annoyed about it 💖 Actually we should not do heavy things like that when we have our period but instead go for a walk in the woods, do yoga etc. Sometimes easier said than done 🙃
My husband kept calling me the Devil in the gym when we trained together. And I wasn't even do heavy exercises. He then told me he's been sore and will implement those in his routine. They need to just understand.......women are strong!!! We know what's up! LOL

Hi Hannah amazing workout ❤ I struggle a lot to grow my hamstrings and calves, they are actually non existent though I train them twice a week. Could you do a video about this please ?
What I do is I push the bar a bit lower so that it doesn’t feel like its right on top of my ovaries but yes … closer to my period I have experience pain and cant perform as many reps on higher weight.

Hi Hanna! Can you talk about foot placement for the hip thrust? And knees! Narrow vs wide stance. Knees in line with hips or open out. Seen different variations and curious. And if I feel it a lot in my quads, is my positioning off? Or maybe my legs are just tired 😂
Yes to the period pain I get it with anything abs focused only on my period week. This was awesome to watch feeling super pumped for my own sesh now! 🙌🏽🤍
