Just watched a whole lot of Vet Ranch videos from 8 years ago. I had watched them all before, but what a trip to see Matt as a young veterinarian again. I also liked the old Off The Ranch videos of flipping houses and working hard, educating viewers on how to build wealth. Your not-so-abandoned mansion is a testament to the truth of those videos! Congratulations.
Regarding the missing lug nuts, there were probably locking lug nuts and someone lost the key and had to forcefully remove them, and never replaced them.
Was gonna say the same thing. My truck is about to be running on 5 lugs not 6 for a few days (months) for that exact reason. Damn lug nut key is prob out partying with all the 10mm sockets.
Our Temps were at -4 with a windchill at -24. Neighbors had a frozen motor, so we pushed it into our big building in the back. Hopefully sitting inside will allow it to thaw without doing anymore damage. I hope everyone is staying as warm as can be and having a merry Christmas!!
Merry Christmas! In Illinois we have all pipes running indoors, nothing goes outside, except the long nosle. The valves for those are indoor, so they don't freeze. Texas needs to update their construction codes for freezing weather. I am writing this with weather that is -2 degrees.
I still find it strange that people begin to fret about the weather when it begins to get below zero. I've been in Northern Ontario all my life and we don't begin to worry until around -26°C or -27°C lol. Although I must say, now that I'm getting up there in years (50's) the frigid cold DOES seem to be more of a bother now. We've been truly blessed in our neck of the woods with the cold weather this year so far. -13°C on a Christmas day is unheard of around here, but I'm enjoying it! Happy new year everyone ❤️
We've had electric pipe warmers on ALL of our outdoor water pipes for about 10 years now. They're worth every penny they cost, and they were NOT expensive at all.
You nailed it! Singing out of tune is much more difficult than what people in general realises. It's an art! Marry Christmas from a still warm Crete! 🙂
We installed our tankless in the attic hasn't frozen yet and we got down to 5°. Merry Christmas to Matt and all the Demo Ranch Bunker Branding family. May you get what you need and have a safe warm and very merry Christmas.
@Wickedzzzy Wow I can’t imagine! We had 18 deg at night in Seattle and yesterday the city was covered in a sheet of ice. Luckily it is 41 and raining today.
@@sethwell heat rises....plus even putting them inside a lightly insulated shed outside would stop the freezing too. Exposure to the open air makes all the difference in the world.
I've had my copper heat transfer manifold crack. Luckily, the local heating guy replaced it for free under an outdated warranty. Would have been pretty expensive.
Thanks Matt for making my sons day at the restaurant and stopping for just a moment to put the biggest smile on a 12 year old face. And my oldest that just got married yesterday. God Bless and have a very Merry Christmas….
Matt you rock!! Thanks for the videos this December!!! Your Fam and the BB Fam is awesome! Merry Christmas buddy to you and yours and happy new years!!!
That's most likely what it was. Why someone would keep them like that is beyond me. I guess he could have had different wheels on it all together and the locking lugnuts weren't the correct seat, but that doesn't really explain anything. IDK, people are weird lol.
You think that Texas would of learned from last year don’t put your water pipes on the outside and the 12 valve will start if you let the glow plugs heat up before you crank it up and who need lug nuts 😂😂 one will do
It was 9° yesterday in Denton. Thursday morning when I made my first delivery it was 44° in a matter of 5 minutes the temperature dropped 21° to 23° Fahrenheit.
15* would be a heatwave right now. It's 2* with a wind chill of -20* in Ohio. My car can't get out of the driveway cuz it's rwd and I have a steep driveway. The ice is thick.
routine descaling is a myth. Unless you have very hard water, you don't have to descale on a set schedule if ever. Mine are 12 years old and are completely scale free inside.
Man, do I loathe tankless water heaters for most applications. Turn off the heater and supply before it thaws and have it checked out before use. Make sure that you keep up on maintenance too! ... If it survived. A tip, unless you have a leak-detection system, is to leave a hot tap dripping enough to avoid the freeze but not enough for the water heater to fire-up. Good luck.
I'm convinced Matt has a secret device that extends his days beyond 24 hours. Because there's no way he can do everything he does in the same amount of time we all have. 🙂 Merry Christmas to all of you.
First thing I did when I got my house here in Southern AZ was insulate my water pipes and bury my irrigation pipes 18" with release valves on low point to drain and just like there we get a really hard freeze every 3 or four yrs and people all over get busted pipes, it is so cheap and so expensive if you don't. There are cheap people and stupid people but there are no cheap stupid people.
Merry Christmas to you and your family Matt and hope you all have a wonderful enjoyable one and also a wonderful New Years too. You and family stay safe.
Merry Christmas to you and your family Matt. May the peace of Christ be with you and the whole family. Goats are so tough. We've had them for about 15 years off and on. We hit -30 up here in Montana, not counting the wind. All of the goats survived just fine.
Merry Christmas to the family of the year! Giveaways or not, you guys are all wonderful. Tell that little girl to keep being her! This world needs the weirdness she puts out, and it is awesome!
Merry Christmas to you and your family Matt. Thank you for the great videos. Long time demolition member here. Love the Bunker Branding quality products too. EDIT: LOVE "The Most Wonderful Truck of The Year" Music Video. LOL
I'm glad to see the cold didn't effect y'all too bad. I'm homeless in NC. It was 6 last night with wind chill pushing it to -9. My ass was cold. Really like content bro. God bless
