Just a short video showing the absolutely stunning lume on the Tudor Pelagos. I personally think it is the best lume around today on any watch.

This is where the Pelagos outclasses the submariner. Apart from the fantastic lume on both the dial and bezel, its waterproofness to 500 meters really sets them apart. All these fantastic features less the hefty price for a sub.

It doesnt make sense to get the Submariner anymore based on those evidences, with the Sea-Dweller having the same size and being 4 times as waterproof to 1220M.

I'm a Pelagos owner. Absolutely love it. But a water resistance of 300m vs 500m shouldn't disqualify a watch. No human has dived to depths beyond 333m.. and chances are 99% of dive watch owners are likely going to only indulge in desk diving.. so water resistance beyond a reasonable 100m or something should really not be a criteria to decide for or against a watch.. Having said that, the Pelagos shits all over the Sub in my opinion based on the looks, uniqueness and overall presence.
