Tuk Kroeung is a traditional Cambodian dip made of roasted aromatics and fish meat. This dip is spicy, salty, sour, and slightly sweet, and goes great with crispy and blanched vegetables. I also like to eat it with jasmine rice.

Jalapeno - 2 peppers
Red Chilis - 8 chilis
Prahok Liquid - 2 tbsp minced Prahok + 2 cups Water
Fish Sauce - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Granulated Chicken Flavor Soup Base Mix - 1/2 tbsp
