If I was a milionaire I'd definitely try to get Chef Devaux as my private chef. Then I'd just do videos of me eating the sushi and post them on youtube to make people jealous.

Yes! very observant of you, my neighbor started a lawn mower halfway through the first tasting, that thing makes a hell of a racket, hence it gets picked up by the microphones so I had to wait and retake it after he was finished. irgendwelchedinge

Tarik Smith haha.. maybe! My only eel experience was as a kid, about 8, when some Swedish neighbors brought to their home a bucket of eels ... EEEEKie eels ! My best friend's father was one of those guys and they had me 'dare' to touch the slimey critters .. I shall never forget that experience! One must rub sand/dirt over one's hands just to get a grip .. I assume our chef Devaux is using less-slimey representatives of that order! ... So, at first i'd say NO i'm noT 'eel' .. but then , Chef Devaux/s creations could change that!
You can but the batter will expand less when deep fired, the vodka is only there to evaporate the liquid as fast as possible, theoretically there should be no alcohol in the finished product. But if you don't want to use alcohol then simply substitute for the same weight in water. Ahmed Garcia Lopez
Measuring all the ingredients in Gramm is not the most exact way to measure them out because normal Kirchen scales are not AS accurate as a normal beaker
+Arvid Grün what makes you think that you need to be that exact? It's cooking, not particle physics. A couple grams of water or flower + or - isn't going to affect the flavor profile in any meaningful way.
Mark Perrella lets be honest... its a hobby.. probably not dinner. Also he has enough batter, rice, fish and veggies to make more of those smartass... or do you buy two slices of bell pepper at the store...
