I'm very happy that NightDive Studios remastered Turok 1 - 3, but it would be complete if they gave the same treatment to Turok Evolution, an underrated game but that game was my childhood and I love that game so much and that goes for many others too. Like past games, it'll be awesome to be able to play it again on today's consoles and see what suprise the NightDive team can give us and aswell as that nostalgic feeling with the first chapter and that amazing soundtrack evolution has!

Thanks so much for this remaster! It really breathed some much needed life into this game- it's a real glowup in all ways. This was the Turok game that desperately needed a good framerate the most, and it's surreal seeing it all buttery smooth now. Watching this also puts it into perspective how much the cutscene animations were touched up, especially those moments that were lacking much mouth movement in the original. Really great stuff.

Really appreciate the small details added to give a bit more personality in some cutscenes instead of just having them standing there awkwardly. Joseph and Dani looking over their gear when you pick them, giving each other a thumbs up in the base, or reacting to the announcement of the train crash. Very well done remaster. Really enjoying my playthroughs.

The problem with Turok 3 is the game itself, Nightdive did an amazing remaster but Turok 3 was always lacking in several departments and was obvious never fully finished. I would love to see a larger more expensive Turok 3 but what I would love most is for Nightdive to go back and upgrade their older remasters, especially Turok 1 and 2, and bring them up to the levels of Quake 2 and Turok 3

Really cool comparison. I unlocked all achievements in Turok 3 a couple of days ago and loved it. Still the weakest Turok in the original trilogy, but a good game overall. Praying for you guys to make a Turok 4 🙏

I always loved the idea of Daniel being the next for Oblivion.. This was my favorite of the 3 and I played tons of it on the 64. Im so glad it finally got the remaster and makes me want a new game all over again.

I've been asking for this remaster for so long now, for many years in fact. Everyone kept telling me how it was impossible to do, yet here you guys are proving the naysayers wrong. T3 turned out so good, and I literally bought several copies of this beautiful remaster for PC on Linux and the Steam Deck to show my support! Now that you have proven to be worthy of Turok's legacy, I'm with the others on this topic, make a Turok 4 retro style following the events of T3. The time has come. Thank you for bringing back the beautiful nostalgia of the past into a more modern look and feel - all while respecting the original art. Well done! PS: Maybe Darkpaw and you can work together to remaster Everquest 1, 2 and Vanguard Saga of Heroes one day. A man can dream, right? :-)

@Nightdive Studios I found two bad glitches on PS4 Pro, playing as Danielle on Oblivion difficulty on version 1.00 of the game. 1) It's possible to 'defeat' the Opisthor boss in the outer ring before the main room. The boss plays out his final death animation. I then went into the main room, and he appeared again, and I killed him again (playing out his full death animation again). For the remainder of the game, all boss battles had "Objective: Defeat Opisthor" in the screen until I damaged them. It would sometimes just appear mid-level, also. I actually have footage on my PS4 of this from the share feature. Can send you the footage if you want. Not sure what are the actual conditions to make this happen, but yeah. It only went away when I defeated Oblivion himself, lol. 2) On the same playthrough (so possibly related to the above Opisthor glitch?), I would have issues with incorrect health when respawning from a death. Essentially, it would often (maybe 30-45% of respawns) bring me back at the checkpoint with the last amount of health I had before receiving the fatal blow, rather than the amount I had when hitting the checkpoint. So I would often respawn with like 4 health, at which point the game saves again, locking in the 4 health lol. I'm not sure why this happens, or if it was related to the Opisthor glitch. I don't really have any footage of #2, but do of #1. You want?

I wish Nightdive were allowed to take a swing at new Silent Hill ports/remasters. With enough time and money, Konami can bring back the more beloved entries without doing much on their part.

A couple games I want to see remastered is heretic and Hexen 1&2 for both and I would love to see wolfenstien 3d get a remaster plus add the spear of destiny. Love what you guys have been doing with these remasters keep up the good work. Hopefully one day I can be apart of the team

This Turok may not be as fun as the other two, but gosh, it really looks graphically impressive for the Nintendo 64 hardware, the 3D models are ultra detailed, the scenes are well done and heck, I can't even remember another game from the PS1/N64/Saturn era which has characters with 3D models that actually have facial expressions and move their mouths to speak.

How come 1:53 is like the only cutscene that's gotten a voice update? Anyways, NDS did a superb work on the remaster. Not only more polished but adding lights,, changing clothes, and all for the BETTER

While i adore the Turok 3 Remaster, sadly it didn´t got the same treatment like the Shadowman Remaster, which had a whole lot of cut content in it. I believe it always depends on how Nightdive get their sources to make a proper Remaster. Who knows on what Source this Turok 3 Remaster was actually based on, since not only did they NOT included massive cut content like Shadowman, but also removed the Multiplayer (which i don´t miss, but it´s still a point). Here I hope they will add more to this amazing remaster. Already played with all characters and all difficulties and I want more!

Goin off a limb here hopefully someone able to answer me but on the lost land stage a secret area where you get the razor wind where you go up ladder and look to the left you can hop onto the ledge and jump thru the vines they're 2 tombstones both with initials can anyone explain I just assume whoever made the game just place it as an Easter egg??
