It’s the little things I appreciate in runs like these, like how you know exactly where to throw grenades at 21:56. Exploiting glitches is one thing but having a deep understanding of the game you’re speedrunning is another entirely
Awesome someone does this in 2022, definitly congrats man, just saw 30 sec of the video and you've already done an awesome glitch i didn't knew, i have lots of glitches on my channel if you have the will to maybe learn something new, gonna watch this once school end today lmao :'D Edit : 50 sec and again a new glitch aha
Thank you! But this is an RTA, i have a TAS that has a hell of a lot of more glitches, have a look ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t-aAyrtAOGo.html&ab_channel=TheGamingChad
I need to make something clear, i did not achieve this first try, this was my best run out of 7-8 attempts. The "god skip" at 1:00:20 is the most difficult part in my opinion, i previously died well over 10 times and decided to start over. However, those high jumps seem easier and higher on the PC version for some reason. And some levels don't give you full health back automatically just like in the GC version.
Still nowhere NEAR as fast as my TAS lol. Once this game gets remastered by NDS tons of speedruners will be involved. Lots of them are not involved because of the choppy controls.
Yeah, that's why this game got quite a bit of flak back then. All that time and effort could have gone into creating more enemies, weapons, and ground levels. This game had so much more potential. What a shame.
No one really has a name for the glitch but the turok community calls it the jump exploit jumping diagonally on any slanted surface shoots you higher then normal
Many players who did glitches on this game use it, i have done probably almost all of the possible glitches in Multiplayer mode i believe :S and i've done a lot on History Mod especially on the 4th Chapter and some on the 5th ;)
@@GeekAntiques Sorry i forgot about it, here is it drive.google.com/file/d/1XbEu9rCAW_08rK7zAnuIzpYe_sMcgVvV/view?usp=share_link The mouse controls suck a little and there's no music, but it's still playable.
