Nick, I have quite literally looked through every comment up until I made my own, so I think while you probably didn't mean it maliciously, you should change the thumbnail because the title of the video with that thumbnail is disrespectful and implies something bad. i've always said if affirmative action gives black people more opportunity than qualified white people, its failing horribly because i was consistently the only black or latino kid in many of my classes at my "prestigious" high school.
