Main character syndrome and being charitable don’t mix well especially because you just know people like Mamamax isn’t actually interested in bettering the world, it’s all a backdrop to make themselves look better and place themselves on a pedestal and it’s usually all faked to begin with so they don’t actually have to put in any work. The moment this doesn’t help them achieve that goal, they’ll drop the act in a heartbeat.

@@GodsDissapointment the "cult" was a roleplay chatgroup from 7-8 years ago. that's according to the evidence from max's group. camden dated spencer for a lil while and spencer lost her shit when camden left her. and camden was accused of some stuff by one another as well but police report for that says that he had an alibi and that R kit was used and dna swabbed etc. and their age difference was something like at max 2y. someone, presumably spencer, also wrote a cray cray wattpad fanfic about the thing.

@@TheManBehindtheFunny no, you can make contracts by yourself without involving a lawyer, the lawyer will tell you what you should put in the contract though and what will have some meaning and what you didn't think to put in the contract. technically even an oral contract counts in most countries but it is harder to prove what was agreed upon or if it was later changed again orally if it's not in writing. there's some nuances to it in most countries/places too on what you can and can't make a contract about, like you have to get something out of the contract for it to be valid. if the nda included something that max would have power over what you can speak about it, but the evidence was just bullshit as it was then probably that wouldn't hold up and muta could have just said that it was in fact bullshit and a fraudster can't really trap you by that you signed a nda about their investment fraud and so forth, there's a lot of stuff that you can't just make a contract that holds up about. people like max just operate on comic book logic, this is actually fairly dangerous if some people who think they're victims join him and make some contracts with him and if they believe him about it being legit - a significant portion of human trafficcing is done on people who think they have contractual obligation or debt that's valid towards the people trafficcing them, like cheap trafficced illegal immigrant restaurant labor etc are often in this position while in reality the contract is illegal and it is in fact the trafficcer who owes them money and not the other way around(not just in usa but in europe too, this is most usual type of human trafficcing say in finland).
