i still don't have a 200 (only 199) game, also the spare you made in the 10th (first game) is the spare that could have gotten me get over 200 but i missed all three
When i was one handing my highest score was a 279/677 and i averaged about 150 but my release was terrible. I switched to 2 handing about 4 months ago and now I average 210 in 2 leagues with a 290/756
I don’t think the size of your hand should matter much. Just make sure that the ball properly fits your fingers and your span. I’m not too well versed in one handed bowling but, make sure to keep your hand under the ball at all times, and your hand behind it during the release. On your release flick your wrist around the ball, kind of like a yo-yo motion, or opening a door knob. I’m pretty sure you can also increase your revs by bending your elbow, and unloading it at the release. Hope this helps! Any one handers in the comments feel free to correct/or add onto this :)
hey man, revs is a leverage game, so the further under the ball you can get, the more of a lever you will have, more rotation isnt always the best idea either, if you have a giga rotation on the ball, it will increase the length on ur breakpoint but the ball is gonna move a lot when it does, so yeah different rotations will give you different things
