I have been using 2t oil ratio @ 2 to3 ml to 1 litre of diesel for many years in my toyota land cruiser 90 series with 3L 2.8d engine. Since the introduction of ULSD fuel i have been using 2t oil rated for low smoke. Engine is quieter and the injection pump rattle very smooth.
Got a question for you. I have a A630HP 3.0 V6 Maserati Diesel - Euro 5+ with DPF, and it runs rough naturally. So I am looking for ways to quiet the engine down. Would you recommend 2-stroke oil for modern Diesel engines equipped with DPF? Thank you in advance
The cheapest TC-W3 at 3.2 mL per liter I've been using this mix for 20 years in om642 MB engine modified then in modified eco diesel from VM motori and now tuned Audi 3.0 TDI works very well the diesel in your Maserati is same as eco diesel just better turbos is built by VM motori it's a strong motor
