😂😂 Thanks Peter, so pleased you enjoyed it, Northumberland has some amazing beaches which produce some lovely little waves and slight offshore breeze against the remnants of the weekend's swell just kept the wave faces up for some nice runs. Yes, I've got to ensure my elbows are always vertically below the paddle forming a right angle (top tip) to avoid further rotator cuff tears 🙄 both have been repaired but the left shoulder still has the torn tendons retracted into the joint 😰😥 Warning!! Kayaking can seriously damage your health!! 😂😂👍
