"The combined effects of persistent low grade infection + weak AB response result in formation of immune complexes" Mhm, two questions: Why do immune complexes result? And secondly, I thought type III HS is a problem with clearance - so the mere building of these immune complexes shouldn't be a problem here, the problem should be either of the four points you mentioned earlier (dmgd phagocytic system, etc.) => so, which one is it here? EDIT: Or is it just an overload of immune complexes? Great lecture as always :)
