Thanks for Watching a U.S. Soldiers reaction to the greatest rugby team of all time honoring fallen Superstar Jonah Lomu with a Tribute haka for Jonah Lomu Funeral.
R.I.P. Jonah Lomu
The greatest rugby player of all time passed away on November 18th 2015 after a lengthy battle with a kindney disease that ultimately cost the Rugby legend his life, but not before the living legend left his eternal impact not only on the rugby pitch but also in every corner of the world that the game of rugby is played. Jonah Lomu is a true inspiration to everyone not just for his abilities during a rugby match but for the humble, driven, spectacular, human being he was to everyone he ever came in contact with.
What's Up ya'll Thanks SO much for watching!
Today on Kurty Flo Live! we become witness to perhaps the most moving Haka performance that I have ever seen thus far on Kurty Flo Live! New Zealand performance of the Haka to honor their fellow fallen comrades who lost their lives fighting for the country of New Zealand and sacrificing all they had for their family and friends. It is with a heavy heart that I say thank you for your service and may all of our fallen soldiers rest in peace.
Thanks For Watching.

I'm Born and Bred English, I think the loss of Jonah Lomu was felt by every rugby nation Worldwide, obviously by the All Blacks most - I truly don't know any fan of the sport who did not shed a tear or two for him - Respect - Still miss Lomu thrashing us!

I don't know if anyone explained this before, but there were 3 separate Hakas performed here. The first one was the Haka from his Wesley College (his high school), performed by his classmates from his graduating class. They knew him the closest from that time. The Second one was Ka Mate, performed by his teammates from the All Blacks. The one in the front with the blue shirt at 5:19 and 6:27 is Tana Umaga, who was captain of the All Blacks at the time Jonah was playing for them. The third Haka is the current Haka from Wesley College, performed by the senior class at that time. Basically, all 3 Hakas represent the course of his life, from when he started, through to the All Blacks, and back to where he never forgot his roots.

That last haka was Kapo O Pango if I'm not mistaken? Or a longer version of it?
@athlonen
@athlonen 2 года назад
@@lea6555 It wasn't, no. It was the haka of the school Jonah went to: Wesley College. Lomu had already retired from the All Blacks before Kapa O Pango was written.

The one player that I would say was truly admired worldwide in the sport of Rugby. Being English, we feared and respected his talent on the pitch. We respected his gentle giant side away from the pitch also. My dad was the biggest fan of Jonah so it was him who introduced me to this amazing star. It hit hard so much when Jonah passed, especially because he had the same health problems as my dad who passed a few years earlier.. Watching this tribute has so much more meaning to me. Rip Jonah and to my dad.

Great vid for the greatest Rugby Player. Such HAKA are very emotional to experience in person. I tend to date American women and sooner or later I take them to an All Black game at Eden Park and every girl has cried during the Haka, even though they know nothing of the sport... there is so much electricity in the crowd flowing through everyone. If you want to see a great HAKA performed by soldiers farewelling 3 fallen kiwis from Afgh... then watch: 2nd 1st Farewell fallen comrades with huge Haka.

They are a inspiration, especially how Jona & Koby & there personalities were off the field, good men, husbands and fathers. Great athletes or any person in any field can be Great, Legendary but that does not mean they are good people or someone to follow, the music world is full of them, those who lost there way unfortunately. But who am l or anyone to throw stones when someone does. Be your best self & inspiration l suppose, if you don't take action no one can for you 🙏

Nice reaction bro. Appreciate the respect for Jonah. You ever done a reaction on David Tua? Samoan born New Zealand heavy weight boxer. It's said that he was the greatest heavy weight to never win a heavy weight title. Man was a beast, but beauricrats and bad mangament cost him opportunities for title shots. Had a higher knock out ratio of his opponents than like Tyson.
