Hi love your vid !!! I have a f30 N20 too , but I can’t stand the engine sound , already replace timing chain but the engine sound and rev just sounds weird. Mind sharing if you have any solution ?

Awesome, but in 2021 I was driving with a brand new 2021 X1 F-series, so are you sure they ended the F chassis production at 2018?

F98 was the latest addition to the F chassis however they still make a few cars with the F chassis designations.

@@AJDrives Right. A question about your 328i, how are your timing chains, have you already changed those or still old ones? Whats your kilometrage? I have 328i engine with 90k but good old Google says at 100k its time to change the chain with guides. What do you think?

That's right. My timing chain was one of the only parts that was already replaced by the previous owner. Strongly recommended to change them every 100-120k km. Although if the mechanic you're going to is experienced enough, they'll normally be able to tell if it's time or not by checking the tensioner & the chain.
