Thanks for this, it was a real time-saver, I'd been using individual closets to make sure everything teleported in. Tbh, I'll still probably do that when I want things to appear in specific spots, but this opens up new possibilities.
I'm remaking Doom 3 on the classic engine. Obviously I have to resign some of the levels because you can't over lap the floors but it's turning out well! Almost finished with level 3. Fun stuff!
I have a question, how can I make the same button that activates the monsters also activate a door, elevator, etc? How can a button have two functions?
Depends on the format. In zdoom ports you can set up a script to have as many actions as you want. For boom you'll need to set up a voodoo doll to activate multiple actions.
