I'm 19 at 5'9 my pops is around 6'1 my mum 5'6 my lil sister is 5'7 my lil bro 16 is 5'10.5 I barely workout, don't get enough sleep and I'm skinny cause my nutrition is fucked(eg I barely took 10g of protein today) I also don't stretch, I hit puberty around 14,15 my friends also say my posture ain't the best but is it possible to get to 5'11 if I fix those bad habits? By the time im 21 or so

It’s over for me. I’m 5’11 at 19 and I want to grow just a little bit more to 6 foot. I’m doing all the necessary things from sprinting, skipping, jumping, increasing calorie intake, working out and sleeping 8-9 hours. Literally EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. I’ve had no progress at all. Bro because we're both 19 it would take a lot longer than a few months, you need to keep going until 20+, just keep doing it until it's an everyday thing (though there is a possibility you won't grow, you can only determine that if ur height hasn't changed at age 25)

My fellow friends, most of these will indeed help u reach your maximum possible genetic height but it should be mentioned that you wont grow past ur limits decided by your genetics. Not to mention although genetics r a major factor , having proper posture and having a balanced diet with high protein and high calcuim also take vitamin d supplements as well or just play outdoors in the sun alot and take a blood test to see if u have vitamin d deficiency, also the part where he said fruits r to be avoided 😅 idk man fruits have many other nutritional benefits i would suggest not eating to much. Not everyone will grow to 6" so if you are 15 or under i would say go for it since it can work but if ur 16 and above , still do it but dont have high expectations since you never know when ur puberty might end or when will the growth plates close. Another important point is if u are 16+ it's wise to point how many times did u grow since the start of puberty as to give u a approximate of whether you might grow or not. For example some named joe grow from 5'3" to 5'6" in a span of 3 yrs from 13 to 16 and then grow to say 5'8 or 5'9 just before or at 18. It is possible to grow some more but it will at most be 1-4 inches based on genetics but only upto age of 21 or maybe before that or maybe after that again due to genetics but upto the age of 21 you should sleep well 8 hours, eat well 3 meals or more if u are a highly actice athlete, and regular exercise especially dont skip leg days since training legs actually promotes higher secretions of hgh and testosterone. @jacb5263 having little to no body hair isn't an indicator or late puberty but could be just that your genetics are like that, some people may enter puberty and grow normally and all other aspects and leave puberty still having no facial hair or very little amount. If in your case it is a late puberty than it's ok , it's not very late you are still very young at 15 depends what your height is currently but and if u have grown since entering puberty . To be honest I have no clue what your question even is😅

@@daniyal5i959 run and jump. ALOT. Sleep at least 10 hours a day , eat 2 fruits a day drink one glass of cows milk everyday , eat at least 1 egg a day and don’t laugh but baby formula. Baby formula is like height growth serum. The nutrients go crazy, if you have trouble sleeping take melatonin.
@@benharper5313 It probably isn’t exactly an inch , or exactly a week. It was quite a gradual change I just put it in a ball park. I was around 160 at the start of April , I’m 163 now

Am 15.9and am 177cm/5'9.5 with a 6'3/191cm wingspan i play basketball, track and i stretch and my goal is 6'1 or more i feel like i havent grown in like a year my mom is 5'3 and idk my dad height ive never met him. But i play basketball 4-5 times a week for 1hour+ and work out 5 times a week and my diet its alr i am always hungry and i just eat what my mom makes like chicken with rice or fish with rice. I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep everyday i go too sleep at around 8.30 and wake up at 5 in the morning

@thatcalmman1134 don’t listen to him, your bones will still grow whilst repairing and increasing in length, that leg also might turn out longer because usually when you break a bone it comes out longer, your other bone will continue to growth normally
