if any of you guys are considering getting this on a Umarex glock 17 gen 5 pellet version the rear sight is built in and you'll have to find another solition but the vector optics sight is great
@@TacticalMagfed hey, yes I've ordered a fab defense USM mount and I'll give an update if it's viable and the pros and cons, good thing about the vector optics is that even if you use the picatinny mount it still sits pretty low on the rail so I think zeroing won't be an issue
Looks good but the T4E pistols are great yes, but are dreadfully inaccurate. I’ve the S&W which is essentially the same gun and works the same way. Regardless of what ammo I use from plastic balls to steel ball bearings (to mess something up within about 5 metres, will put a hole through a coconut as an example). Anyway I don’t play paintball but like to collect these replicas and have found the accuracy to be awful on pretty much all of them over 4-5 metres. Question is why bother or just for looks, which I’ll agree makes them look a bit cool! Nice video.
Hi there, I agree these pistols are not effective beyond 10m. You couldn't use them as a primary in an open paintball field (not unless you were sneaky and got close enough). These pistols are great as secondary markers if you are playing in buildings for CQB. They don't hit as hard so rather than shouting "bang" or "dead" or surrendering players you can hit them with the .43cal paintballs at close range. And I'm not going to lie they give a better level of realism (and look cool too!) Giving a more immersive gameplay 😎👍

@@EVOLENN no problem 😎 I use dynamic sports gear .43 cal paintballs in games it works great with the T4E pistols. I'm also testing the Umarex .43 cal paint at the moment and that is good too (but expensive) 👍😎
This what alot easier than i thought but sadly i bought a stupid DDP or DPP plate for like 20 bucks and ive been hammering that crap in for like almost an hour and at first it was like 25% in now its around 80% but now i think about it if itd ths hard to put in how hard is it to get out ive been smacking it with a punch and hammer so damn hard now i'm trying to get it out and installing a less super hard to install rail/plate because the color is already knockdd off this plate im using by all the hammer pounds lmao. Ive purchased a sight remover though for glock but I'm sure it can push it in to install to also.
Hope you get it sorted. Take care if you are forcing it, the slide is aluminium. If you bash it or force it too hard it could crack. I filed down the edge of my dovetail that came with the plate very slightly. Not too much just enough to avoid potentially damaging the slide. The cutout is not a 100% match to the real gun so it may take a little modification to get it fitted. Don't file the slide though, the pistol is too expensive! Good luck with your build 😎👍
@@TacticalMagfed The 20$ slide remover actually worked pretty happy, I could of easily installed it but instead I took it off and returned it....... even though I prob could of installed it and put on my RDS instead of my other picanny rail I installed + a plate + the RDS kinda high on the pistol I rather just install a plate + the RDS. So far I possibly can but cannot find the right one that will let me just screw in the red dot sight. I have to put its own picanny rail that it came with on top of the rail i installed lol damn. But I am pretty happy with this one I got though its unadjustable though the red dot is just straight I guess and I hope its accurate.
Hi there, this particular mount will only fit a red dot sight. If you are looking for an RMR mount I would try this one if you can find it www.leapers.com/utg-super-slim-mount-for-rear-sight-dovetail-mt-mrdsmounts-dovetail-cfg.html be careful as it comes in red dot and RMR versions, make sure you select the RMR version and you should be ok with a Trijicon RMR sight. Hi there, glad it helped you out 👍 it depends on which light you go for, I use a replica surefire x300 which fits the real steel holsters. The blackhawk omnivore for the x300 works for me. Hi there. A few people have been asking about gameplay footage. I have been working on my camera setup and managed to get some footage from OMG's Ragnarock 3 last year. It's so much harder to capture the action and edit the footage compared to filming in my studio!. I'm trying to use multiple cameras to try and capture the tension and action of gameplay, but I end up with hours of video to edit to get useable footage. I'll try and get some footage together as a montage or maybe some YT shorts. I've also been working on a custom camera mount to try and hide the cameras as much as possible. I'm hoping this will help add something to the footage to immerse the viewer 😎👍

I thought I had to remove the slide. To unscrew the sight with the 2 screws. But having problems to get the slide off. Just won‘t come off no matter how hard I try.

Hi there, I haven't fitted one to a TPM1, but looking at some images of the marker it looks like it has a wedge shaped sight similar to the Glock. I think that it would work, but the mount wedge may need filing down in the same way. Hope that helps 👍😎
I bought the the plate and dove tail for my umarex Glock 17 gen 4 .177 and it doesn’t fit snug, there’s a big gap between the sides and when I screwed it in, it only had a very small space for it to hold on to. Have any tips?
Hi there, not all replicas use the exact Glock specification dovetail cutout for the rear sight. It can sometimes be a bit of a lottery to find a plate that fits. It sounds like you need a larger dovetail piece. It may be possible to use a part from a plate designed for a pistol with a larger cutout? Something like a 1911 might work with some filing down. You could use the modified 1911 dovetail with the Glock plate maybe? hope that helps 😎👍

Hi There buddy, I'm not familiar with the .177 cal pistol. If you check the rear sight to see if it is in a cutout or dovetail (similar to the real pistol) then you may be able to install a red dot mount. If the rear sight can be removed by sliding it out of the cut-out, you then slide in the sight mount piece to attach the mount and install the sight on it. Note that you may need to file the insert to make it fit. If the rear sight doesn't slide out, it may be attached by a screw\bolt. You will see the screw either on the top side of the sight or the underside of the slide. If it is a blowback pistol you may be able to cock it and see the screw from the underside. If you have a dovetail cutout on the rear sight you should be able to fit a red dot similar to the one in this video. Hope that helps 👍😎

Hi there buddy, glad you found it helpful 👍 I think a real steel mount would fit, but not without filing down the dove tail wedge with the mount or the cutout on the slide. The t4e cutout on the slide is slightly narrowed in the middle so that there is some windage adjustment. If you file the slide the original sight may not fit correctly if you want to put it back in. Thanks buddy 👍 I don't know for sure, but looking at pictures it does look to have a dovetail sight so it could be possible. Check if the rear sight will slide out. If it won't then it could be held in by a screw, rack back the slide or remove the slide and check underneath. If there is a dovetail cutout in the slide with the sight removed then you should be good to go. You may need to file the wedge that comes with the red dot mount to fit the dove tail though. Hi there, I'm not familiar with that pistol. Almost all Glock replicas use a similar dove tail site to this one, but some may have a screw on the underside of the slide. You might be able to see under the slide if you rack it back. It doesn't take much force to remove the sight, if it doesn't move it may have a screw. Hope that helps 👍😎
Hi there, I haven't tried it myself. The tpm1 does have a dovetail rear site, but I'm not sure if the Glock mount will fit. You may need to file down the mount to make it work. Hope that helps 😎👍

Hi there, I use a scorpoin style pouch which are similar to a taco pouch but rubber. I have added some links in the description to give you an idea what they look like. They work for all the T4E mags I use for the PPQ, M&P9 and glock. Hope that helps.
Hi there, adding a red dot is really personal preference. I wouldn't say it makes you a better shot or the pistol more accurate. I just like the sight picture when using a red dot, especially when wearing a paintball mask. For me it also completes the overall look of the pistol too. Hope that helps 😎👍
@@kalebdoom7944 🤣🤣 I did wonder if you meant the gun. In my opinion it is the best .43 Umarex replica pistol to date. If you are a fan of Glock and want one for paintball it can't be beaten. The downside is the cost, but I was willing to pay the price and haven't been disappointed. I own the PPQ and the M&P9 and they are all great, but the Glock is just a step up in quality. Especially as it has a milled rather than cast aluminium slide They all shoot the same and operate the same internally (the PPQ may be slightly more powerful but not by much). They all have the same range, but don't expect to be accurate beyond 10m depending on what you're shooting. Hope that helps 👍😎

@@Landelutt yeah, it can be tricky to find a balance of price and function for Magfed\ Airsoft. I look at real steel websites and see what brands are at the budget end of their catalogue. My thinking is that budget real steel sights should stand up to anything magfed can throw at it. Vector optics is a brand that works for me at the moment.
@@TacticalMagfed I wonder, what precision are you able to get with a t4e pistol? Would be fun seeing a pro use it at 10 meter or something and compare to 9mm ammo.
@@Landelutt the paintball precision would drop off on .43 markers past 5m. You could hit targets at 10m but not with consistent precision. Would be interesting to see a trained shooter do a comparison 😎👍
