Mr Rune Rebel : I can honestly say , that no one has done more to achieve the absolute best out of this fantastic pneumatic weapon. Umarex should be paying you royalties and enjoy your company in their immediate employ.
Thank you my friend :) That would be great, but I doubt they will... Maybe some day in the future. Would be nice to work for a company like Umarex and testing all their stuff :)
@@skii76 Thank you my friend. Iam healing slowly but getting better from day to day. Hope to make more videos soon :) Take care and have a great weekend :)
Great video! I'm glad to see you are feeling a bit better! I hope you feel a little better each day now. Remember not to push yourself too hard. Wishing you a full recovery very soon!
What a great way to start moving about again 😎👍 Glad to see...😎👍 And some devastating ammo to start😎👍...YIKES 🤣😎👍 Great video...as usual 😉 Thanks Rune, and more power to you brother 😎👍 😎👍❤🖖 Love Brother
It's great that you feel better! Thank you for your honest video! I'm looking forward to sending you our "Power-Pin" (export valve for the FSC / T8 / T9). I'm curious what you say about it. Can already be pre-ordered in our shop. A test video with the FSC is coming the days. Would be nice to see how the "power pin" in your T8 works. Take care, see you soon!
Mate you are absolutely the last man on earth I would like to have trouble with! Stay calm and hope no-one will ever try to burglar you.... Well done mod though! Very impressive! Ride on cowboy!
Thank you my friend. With hotglue slugs I can get more energy. But those are loaded the right way and not from the muzzle. I think the weight of the Z-Ram slugs is also a bit to much for this marker. I bet they will give more energy in the T8.1 Maybe I try them in that pistol next time :)
Hi Rune, great to see you again. As I told some days ago, I couldn't insert the slugs in the HDS like you do in this video. I should force and could damage the weapon, the diameter of slugs is unfortunately a little bit larger. Even adding oil.
Hello my friend. They seem to be very hi quality slugs. Looking foreward testing them in other markers :) Yes it would be nice if they where made for cal 50 also :)
Hello. I have acquired this marker in 16 joules but when i tested it it was developing over 30 joules, without any mod. However, i have polished the two ports where the gas is exiting and i have removed that small brass piece from inside the gas tube but it did not have much improvement, only 2-3 joules more. I once had a shot with over 50 joules. IT shoots with an average of 130 m|s with a 4 grams rubber ball. Now this hds is my favourite plinking thing, although i have the hdp and many other airsoft replicas.
Hello my friend. Good to see you doing better. How would you rate the FSC compared to HDR powerwise? Im not sure whats the power rating on first strikes? Wish you a quick recovery!
Thanks my friend. Iam slowly healing up. Hope to post more videos soon. I think the FSC can be tuned to more power than the HDS. Plus you have more shots from the FSC. I have Tiberius T8.1 wich is almost the same as FSC but longer. For these pistols it seems that ball ammo is working best. Sometimes slugs can jam. But it depends on the ammo. Cheers :)
If those are made for at least a 0.683 bore, and they're that tight a fit on the HDS68, then I'd guess the rounds made by Grimburg in the US wouldn't be of much use. He makes both ball ammo, and a similar design slug, also 8 grams in weight, out of nylon and powdered copper. But he also states that you need a 0.686 bore barrel - tight enough for a good gas seal, but also allows enough clearance for the rounds to function without issue. To be fair, he primarily makes his rounds for paintball markers which are designed with removeable barrels, such that you can easily swap between barrels of different bore sizes.
I have an idea and if we remove the double barrel and replace it with a single barrel and above or put a charger (like a P90) it would allow you to shoot several balls without having to open it each time, or else copy the hdx loader system (of course you have to do this in 3d or CNC) or fixed magazine loader like hdp50
Yes. That might work, but it would be limmited to roundballs only. I have played with the idea of making it into a long barreled singleshot pirate pistol. Using it as a muzzle loader 😆
Great vid again rune, it would be interesting to see how much damage it could do some meat or some pig skin that is sold to make pork crackling and wrapped in 2 layers of denim or other material, to show the devastating results on softer targets. All the best from lancashire uk.
You should probably change cans after every shot or every few shots. The point is to see how much damage they can do. It is hard to see that using a destroyed can and the previous damage weakens the can. We get a better sense of damage the fresher the target.
I know. But I dont have a supply of tincans. Its only if my wife use some for cooking that I have them... The last month or so she has only bought food from cardboard boxes, not tincans. So its been a while since I tested shooting at tincans...
Yes I think they are great for HD. My old calliper isnt any good. But from the user manual that comes with the slugs it say for bore over 0.683 Cheers :)
Hi Mister Rune ;) Can you telle what kind of chrony you use ? Because mine, XCORTECH X3200, is not reliable with CO2 weapons ... t gives me abnormally high results... Thanks a lot. Jeff
I suppose you had to file the projectiles a bit to get them into the hds68. At least that's what the seller says to doI suppose you had to file the projectiles a bit to get them into the hds68. At least that's what the seller says to do
Desde 🇵🇹 Portugal 🇵🇹 👍 Could you enlighten me... How many shots (Max power) can you get in the Umarex T4E HDS 68 gun with the 88g CO2 cylinder... ❓ I'm asking this question because I'm thinking of buying the adapter to put 88g CO2 cylinders in my gun and I would like to clarify myself, on whether it is advantageous or not to put 88g CO2 cylinders instead of 12g CO2 cylinders... weapon... etc... Thank you for your attention👍
Hello my friend. You should get quite a lot of shots (at good power) from the 88 gram CO2. With a 12 gram I get ca 8 max power shots, so an 88 gram should give you around 50 or so. I have not tested for this but its a guess 🤔. Because of the way it is constructed I dont think you will get more power than if you use 12 gram CO2. You only get more shots. For normal use I think the 12 geam is the best for this marker 🤔👍. Greetings 👍
Definitely wouldn't use that on an attacker. But where I'm from its needed.. people are being shot everyday here in Philadelphia. I can't own a real firearm bc I have a record so as an alternative i use these slugs on a modified pistol.. I'm making 50 joules. Perfect for me bc like I said people are shooting people here everyday for nonsense and I don't live in a great neighborhood.
Hello amigo. You are incredible! I admire your strenght and resilience.👍👌 I found a video, that you might like. It's about uniquely engraved and decorated 🔫. Unfortunately, it's spoken in spanish, but no matter. The pictures alone are a true viewing pleasure. If you are interested I can attach the link........ I wanted to attach it right away, but reconsidered because the video is about firea....s. And I don't want you to get into trouble. Just let me know. Ok? Take care amigo. I'm glad about your astonishing recovery!👍👌
@@runerebel8441 Here it goes. Enjoy! I'm convinced, that you will like it because the artwork on the guns is truly astonishing. Un abrazo, amigo. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aDwqZRJh2UU.html
