I bought the same printer TEN YEARS ago and started using it today, because my very reliable Epson C64 quit working. I was glad to find this video because putting in the cartrigdes was complicated for me. The printer works well with my Mac mini with OS X 10.13.

I ask them, there is no external ink in retail store in burma, myanmar.
I got this printer from my cousin, and it has missing the printer cable/cord which is going to connect with the Plug Module. Should I invest in the cord and Carthage so it can work on my Windows 10 and MacOS 10.15 Catalina?

I 've had mine since 2012- just noted today 5-14-2019 (7 yrs. later) that the paper release (guidance) tray has an extension to it. I slide it open for the first time to extend my paper feeder and now I cannot return it back inside the door. You didn't even show the extension tray here in this video. How can I get it to go back in???. LOL. I've tried to 'push' it back in, I've tried to pull it out more to try go return in place. Must be some kind of trick..... What do I do???
+Dolores Swann Find a thin, rigid tool that is longer than the distance from the left edge of the tray extender to the left edge of the paper tray. The tool needs to be long enough to reach the edge of the extender inside the paper tray. Insert the tool into the gap in the paper tray (where the extender goes when it is closed) as close to the body of the printer as possible. Gently press on the edge of the extender that is inside the paper tray. The extender should give slightly. It's now loose. Remove the tool and close the extender.
@@HPSupport Didn't work.? I have end of wire hanger - no problem with 'reaching ' + I looked inside with flashlight - there are no release points noted.?
Mine here is showing an absurd slowness to print! I typed a word and had it printed and it takes a long time ... Has anyone here experienced the same problem?

I am using this printer for four years now, never had any issues but recently my printer is showing some weird behavior. The problem is every time I print a document it will print nothing or blank on the first page & then it prints normally. So, every time I print something first the blank page & then it prints. I have only the black cartridge installed as I don't print color. Please help if anybody sees this comment.
