This 27.4 centimeter short tank locomotive of the type T3 or class 89 on a scale of 1 : 32 not only smokes atmospherically from the chimney, but also from the cylinders independently of it. The gauge 1 small series brass handcraft model weighs just under 1.6 kilograms. Its prototype corresponds to the class 89.74-75 and was delivered to the Prussian State Railways from 1903 as a reinforced or heavy Prussian T3 according to sample sheet III-4p. For this video, I borrowed the Era 1 version of this nine variants of gauge 1 locomotives from KM1 Modellbau, which was offered at the list price of 1990 euros. The model has a multi-protocol decoder LokSound 5 from ESU, which is programmed with 32 digital functions.
