From one product reviewer to another, your videos are GROSSLY underrated. I’ve been binge watching your reviews and it’s wild how you are the ONLY one in the business making video reviews with such planned precise shots in both figure modes, and most importantly the transformation sequence! I have no hate for other reviewers, but it’s pretty inspiring to see how differently you do things that take so much more effort, even if you’re not the most recognized for it.

I'm glad that Takara has been listening to the fans about the knee issues and fixed them with MP-49, and I'm even more impressed that they went with molded plastic rather than painting it. Makes transforming it much more enjoyable without the fear of paint chipping. I really want to get my hands on one of these, it'd look awesome with the rest of my primes

It looks really good side by side with mp44, something about how the unpainted plastic contrasts with the painted plastic is really pleasing to me.

At 14:12 I couldn’t stop laughing something about the calming music and seeing gerwalk prime made me laugh

Don’t know if you’re using a wide angle lens or something for your stills, but the background blurring/field depth are excellent 😎👍

The backside of the MP-44 truck has grown on me after comparing it to most G1 Optimus Prime figures, which basically have solid blocks that clearly are the legs, whereas most real life trucks have the naked chassis, gas tanks, trailer hitch and back lights, giving their backsides a more hollow appearance that the MP-44 mold achieves better if perhaps unintentionally.

Best and most epic new-style transformation video yet! You're doing it in the only style I've ever cared for, where you jump cut to the "meat" of each step and exaggerate the motion a bit--perfect! I'm pretty impressed by this release after watching this, it looks a lot better than I was thinking from other in-hand accounts I'd read--too bad my collecting rules prevent me from getting it either way 😅 But I'll be drooling over your photos for sure!

I think (from what I remember from last year) The knee problem was that the knee on MP 44 had a 2 stage movement, you move the top joint first, and then the bottom joint has a tab that aligns with a slot on the top joint, and that tab slots in as you move the bottom joint. BUT there was a lot of cases of that bottom tab not lining up properly, and just hitting the area around the knee, and forcing it would cause it to break. And I think I read something about MP 49 slightly retooling the joint area to either make the tab go in easier, or they just removed it all together. Another great video Sixo!

I like the round head on nemesis to differentiate from my prime but the squarish head is so much more intimidating. Surprised you didn’t mention the weird thing his legs do since changing the legs, how it overextends

50% of MP 44's price. Exactly what I wanted because I certainly have no need of that huge trailer and those zillion of useless accessories. Still expensive, but my tax return allowed me to have a taste of that mold.

I quit the fandom for a few years before the original mp44 released up till recently and ive been wondering do hasbro no longer do there version of mp figures ? Theres were always cheaper than Takaras so more collector friendly for your average person

Annoyingly, ab crunches aren't going to look too good on transforming robots...have you seen the likes of MP36 Megatron or MP28 Hot Rod/MP40 Targetmaster Hot Rod? They look absosmurfinlutely wonky due to how the ab crunch breaks up the sculpts.
