"Blood Drain" is actually the opening theme of Melty Blood (it has vocals too). It's made by the same studio and composed by the same composer. The main character of Melty Blood (well, the original ones at least) is Sion Eltnam Atlassia and they made her a guest character in Under Night in Birth, so raito remixed Melty Blood's opening into that to make her theme.

This is actually Eltnam's theme. She is a guest character from Melty Blood that they included in the game since they're made by the same developers.

Icefield White Night's still my favorite character theme from this series, but I will say that this one comes in a pretty close second.

you could also react to the original Blood Drain from Melty Blood there are two version first being the male vocal version which is sang by the composer himself because he cannot find a female singer for the song at the time i think and then there is a female vocal version which is what it originally suppose to be you could find the orignal version by searching for "MELTY BLOOD -Remastering- : MELTY BLOOD OST" it is on the composer channel itself while for the female vocal version just search up Blood Drain Melty Blood and it will appear
