I used the 70% rubbing alcohol (as the 99% doesn’t contain enough water to bloom the colorants). Once the 70% alcohol and dye are mixed, you can add some 99% RA if your «paint » is too fizzy. The trick is to apply quickly and not to soak up the brush to much
