We created a concept to revolve around the idea of Artificial Intelligence & Robotics. Our visualization was provide the participants from Educational Institutes with technology-enhanced interface to present their ideas & allowing our client to be able to showcase the products. Having worked alongside the client for 7 Consecutive years, the concept understanding comes a lot easier.
Spread over 2 days with a packed agenda, managing space at the venue was a primary challenge, clients’ requirements & the executional time frame were at loggerheads. Our Team put together an operational plan making all that impossible into possible, as is our Vision ‘creating impossible concepts into possible projects’. We created a project demonstration area with ½ the Venue space & partitioned the same, creating 6 Student Kiosks, 4 Client Marketing Kiosks, Stage with multi-display projection on Single Screen for Project presentation to Judges. Branding across the Venue with the concept of 10 Years with AI & Robotics. Self Interactive Kiosk ‘Chotu-Bot’ was an outcome of our creative thinking & clients technology innovation. The finale of the Cloud 20/20 on Day 2 was conceptualised to include technology in all aspects. The 80 Feet Pathway of LED Flooring, 10 Dynamic LED Standees to depict the milestones, Photo-Op & Spin-it-to-Know Wheel for audience engagement, a giant curved LED display system on the main stage which saw unveiling of YEAR 10 logo, some bigwigs from the IT Industry presenting Keynotes, Finalists product presentations, entertainment, Idea Studio, Active Social Media engagement via Twitter integration & ending with an unbelievable dance performance by a group of talents who were ‘blinded’ only by Vision.
