Just saw there was a negative comment about your talking…here’s my 2cents: I actually work out problems in my head while I do my mundane job and sometimes I will listen to guide/how to videos while Im working. So talking about what’s happening on screen is actually really helpful because you’re not assuming I’m glued to the screen watching what’s happening. I appreciate it. And I think you should continue with your style. It’s kind and informative. Negative feedback can be constructive but in this case I feel it was unmerited. Can confirm, you have to power up the vtx once after unlocking before updating the firmware.

Watched all your videos on HDzero set up. Im finally up and running with it all now. not going to lie id been struggling to get my head around it from other peoples videos but this channel helped me finally get it sorted. As usual your videos help me figure things out. Thank you. I just installed the Freestyle vtx in my Chimera 7. Even after separating my tx, vtx and GPS module I lose most of my satellite locks as soon as I arm. I can barely hold 7-8 sats at 25mw. Anything higher than that and forget it. I also wrapped the wire harness of each component in copper tape and heat shrink. The tape is also grounded. The gps is mounted on top of the battery on an abs plate which is also taped and grounded. I'm obviously missing something simple here.

Hey Don, I have to admit that I don't have much experience with using GPS and HDZero together, but I know I've seen this problem discussed several times, with some possible solutions. I'd highly recommend either posting on the Divimath/HDZero Facebook group, or joining the Discord server here: discord.gg/pN3VBUh3 There are people in both of these places who have experience with this and will probably be able to provide more help than I can.

Questions as it relates to HDZero used with INAV 1. My understanding is INAV does not use VTX Tables and does not use Smart Audio - is this correct? 2. Lets say I connected VTX TX/RX to UARTZ2 on FC. I am assuming (since smart audio is not used) that ONLY one UART is needed for HDZero in INAV - correct? 3. Last question - how to configure INAV ports when TX/RX is connected to RX/TX UART2 on Flight Controller? Do I use UART2 MSP enable or UART2 Peripheral and select HDZero VTX? Thanks - appreciate your videos

hello, thanks for your work, great videos, on the latest hd zero firmware, (Hdo2 + whoop vtx) Whoop_TX5S.1.Rev22032022, there were communication problems, test and see what the problem is, I just lost and then video communication appeared after a gap time

Hey Boris, this question would be great for the Divimath Facebook group or the HDZero discord server. I’m on both of those platforms and there are many knowledgeable users as well. I think it’ll be easier to discuss troubleshooting in one of those places.
