Welcome to this you are enough meditation timed to coincide with when new year's resolutions start to wane. In the New Year you can often feel compelled to start with new resolutions, new health habits and new goals. It's as if what you were doing in the previous year wasn't enough.
Enough is a word often used in a negative way such as ‘are you man enough?’, “I’m not earning enough”, “not exercising enough”; “not smart enough”. The word “enough” is always driving us to do more, be more. But what if this information is wrong.
When you feel not enough, less than and inadequate, there’s a way to feel better immediately. The Internal Family Systems Model of therapy (IFS) is based on your mind being made up of parts and emotions, like a little family. This guided meditation, based on the premise of internal family systems, helps you to practice self love and compassion to create a positive feeling that feels more like your true self.
I've included positive affirmations based on boosting your confidence and compassion.
By the end of this meditation session, you'll pay less attention to your inner critic and the negative self-talk and pay more attention to creating a calm and peaceful mind. But this change doesn't happen overnight. You have to do the work and keep noticing when you feel like you're not enough.
Hopefully, you can bring the practice over from meditation and into your everyday life.
There is a quote in Pink’s song, I am Here that says: "May I feel in my bones that I am enough". If everyone could feel that way, the world would be a better place.

hello! so i just came from your healthy heart meditation and it actually helped me calm down. i just have anxiety thank god but my heart starts beating hard and there’s an unsettling feeling on the upper left side of my chest. I found that i was having a hard time simply relaxing so i gently tapped my body with my finger and mimicked the rythm of a calm heart. that’s what i noticed rly helped me as well as your mediation. just wanted to say thank you and i was wondering if you could make a video about how to deal with those sensations in the heart when you just have health anxiety and aren’t actually ill of the heart. thanks so much :)
