I have lymphedema due to ovarian cancer surgery. Bouncing daily has reduced my leg fluid bringing me back to a normal ankle size. I don’t even have to wear my compression stockings as long each day if I bounce several times a day.

@@lo656 I have the two fold with the bar - it’s slightly cheaper and the other one tri fold is ok if you are travelling a lot with it.

Hello and Happy New Year! I was wondering is there a difference or gain, when you do cardio on a Cellerciser for 30 minutes verses running outside for 30 minutes? My Cellercise has been a blessings in my life! Blessings on your business! 🙏🏽

I'm so glad I found Mr. Dave Hall! I hate exercise but I need to improve my health and never thought I would find something compatible with my needs. Cellercise is an indoor exercise and leverages your full body weight instead only targeting one area. Using your body weight is way more efficient than doing weight lifting. It's also fun and and you can target many body areas all on the Cellerciser such as the abs and arms which I want to improve. I'm really excited to buy one cause it's the perfect exercise for me! It's effective, indoors, not have to go to the gym, and improves all areas of the body! I'm really excited. ☺️
