I got my gallbladder removed laparoscopically 3 months after a c-section. Best decision I’ve ever made. It was so bad for me that the pain would wake me up out of a deep sleep. I found your channel when I started Wegovy back in March. I’m down 50lbs and have been maintaining. Honestly I’ve stayed because I love hearing about your journey and your beautiful family. Praying that you get some relief soon.

hey girlie! i work in the operating room and have assisted in countless cholecystectomies (gallbladder removals). if you have the stomach for it, i would recommend you watch some of these surgeries on youtube! i think once you see what a sick gallbladder looks like, you'll feel so confident in choosing to have it removed. and the procedure itself is typically very straightforward. looking forward to seeing your next update! merry christmas!!

I dealt with my sick gallbladder for 10 years. By the time I ended up with an emergency removal it had become grangreous. A total zombie! I risked pancreatitis, a very serious complication, by not get it out years before. I've had zero digestive complications since and never had to change my diet. Your body compensates and life goes on.

Good to see your face, Tatiana! Sorry about the continued attacks. They are so painful. Maybe once you have the gall bladder removed you can try Wegovy again. I am taking Mounjaro and it is great. I had some gastric side effects with Ozempic, and I'm not having them with Mounjaro. Lost 7 lbs in the first two weeks, so I'm stoked. Please keep us updated on your journey and life in general.

Agreed. I’d also like to know what life is like without the drug. I’d like to eventually be off Ozempic, but I’ve read in so many places that once you stop, the weight comes back. It would be nice to have updates on how you’re coping without the drug. I really want to be off of it at some point.

Let me start by saying that it has been so helpful viewing your channel. Watching your weight loss journey has been enlightening, informative, and valuable. With that said, don’t feel like you’re boxed into this sort of content. The real draw of your videos was YOU. The answer is pretty simple regarding the inspiration for future RU-vid content… Just Vlog. It doesn’t need to be specialized, but pick a section of your day when you feel the most comfortable and vlog. You’d be amazed at the ways inspiration can show up.

I love you and I'm so happy that you're okay. I had a similar problem with gallstones and when I had that first attack I thought I was dying! Mine didn't come from any weight loss drugs though. I'm at a naturopath. She put me on marshmallow root for pain, Cas Cara and hydrangea root. I never had to get surgery and I haven't had any pain since taking those things regularly for a year. Now I just maintain and take them maybe once a month. Prayers for you ❤️

What I would love to hear from this series is how you incorporate sustainable movement into your everyday life. That seems to be the biggest struggle you mention and I wanna see how you overcome it. Hi! New subscriber here. I did find you because I looked up stuff about Wegovy - was pleasantly surprised to hear you talk about other things going on in the world (I feel quite the same, feels wrong to worry about my weight, clothes, looks etc. while people are being bombed and starved), and also happy to hear about make up recommendations. Although I did subscribe because of how you talk honestly about any topic that comes to mind. So in my opinion, whatever you talk about will do well with me because you're very candid and heartfelt doing it. Much love.

My gallbladder experience was identical to what you describe. The worst thing I did was put off removal. By the time I had my final episode it was in the middle of the night, I had to be rushed to a hospital an hour away, and the hospital almost had to remove it “old school” style where they cut you open and you leave with drainage. They went in laparoscopy but once inside realized that it was part dead and my incision had to be larger. I was under a lot longer than it should have taken all because I waited until it was an emergency surgery. They said had I went in when they told me (6 months prior) I would have had an easy in and out. I love not having a gallbladder now, and I am blessed to not have had any complications. Never wait. Gallbladders mean business. Lesson learned! Good luck!

I came here from a prospective of the Wegovy journey, but seeing your gall bladder issues, then seeing your family was all nice. Vlog based on what your doing though, your interests, its your character people love and your honesty. I think following your weight loss further is your starting point, without Wegovy, how you adjust, as a good vlog is always a story, an issue, getting over the issue and then the progress, but you know that as i see it in your vlogs now. Just decide what you find interesting and stick with it until you find out what works. Personally - weight loss, dealing with it is always interesting as all people have different ways/solutions to keeping the weight gain down.

Did you have it approved previously? I had an issue after my initial approval expired. My insurance denied renewal because my Dr filled out the form wrong and put it through as a new patient request and insurance wanted proof that I had tried a weight loss program for 6 months or something. I got in touch with insurance and they said my Dr answered questions as if I was new to wegovy rather than renewing it. So I called my Dr and had them change it to reflect that I was not new to wegovy. Then they approved it.

The gall bladder episodes get worse. When I had this, the first episodes were manageable; with leftover pain meds from a recent dental procedure. The worst one sent me to the ER, then followed up with my doctor and had the laparoscopic removal in 2000. Never have had a problem since, eat what ever I want without issues. It’s a signal, so definitely take care of it, and yourself. ❤️🙏🏼

“Life is lifeing” so I stopped working out you say. School etc. excuses. Well as a woman similar to your age and very busy with kids and full time job, take this from me: if you really care about your family etc., you have to put your health first and if you’re overweight, it should be your number one priority! Develop a healthy habit of regular exercise (it doesn’t just have benefits of weight control), and start counting calories until you get the hang of where your eating is going wrong and manage to fix it. Cut out processed food where possible. Eat healthy food. Once you develop the habit of regular exercise and good eating habit, it will benefit you for life. You don’t need pharmaceutical shortcuts and you preserve your health for longer term. Good luck, all the best.

A sick gallbladder is so detrimental to your overall health. It can affect you in So many ways. I had no choice in removing mine after issues when one night at 3am i was unable to sleep or even stand in such intense pain, worse than childbirth! The doctor said my gallbladder was so bad and filled with gallstones that it would have burst within hours, killing me quickly, so i went to emergency surgery. Best decision ever! Its scary but overall for the best.

I took Ozempic for about 3 months and only lost 12 lbs. I stopped taking it because some scary things started happening to me. I developed it severe GERDS, I have terrible inflammation in my esophagus so bad that I feel like food gets stuck in my neck and chest area. I cannot have any spicy foods or any carbonated drinks or any alcohol or acidic beverages. I often have that chocking sensation. The doctors prescribed 40 mg. Of omeprezil. I wish I had never taken it. I have to go back again and have another endoscopy in February. Hopefully it will heal by then or it could develop into cancer. Is anyone else having this side effect?

Losing 12lbs in 3 mos isn’t bad. I’ve lost 20 lbs in 6 mos. I’m 57, so I don’t expect to lose weight as fast as young folks like my niece who lost 25 lbs in 3 mos. Plus, I only do minimal exercise, just walk 1 mi per day. I had GERD before starting Ozempic, taking Omeprazole, 20 mg, already as well. I’ve had gallstones already for over 10 years. Thank God it hasn’t worsened! Ozempic has been the only thing that has helped me with continuous weight loss. So, I’m going to stay on it, even with the risks, for now. I do understand your need for stopping the med.

I was watching your videos until you mention Gaza. Isreal was attached in a terrible way, that if it was your daughter, mother or family member who was, raped, tortured and murdered the way they were on October 7th, you might be signing a different song. At the very least, no comment should have been made. This was not the place. A family member of mine is one of the American hostages there. We should not speak of which we do not know. Do a little research and she how bad that attack was.

She just mentioned that it's a horrible mess over there, she didn't judge anything.
