A lot of folks have asked about the slightly funky UX with my original tutorial that required the user to click outside of the search input (or hit enter) before the search would execute.
That's because it relied on the event "An input's value is changed" which Bubble doesn't fire until the click/enter. BUT I figured out a solution that makes the search much snappier using the "do when condition is true" trigger and a new custom state.
Check out the original tutorial for a more detailed walkthrough of the custom states and workflows, but use this to see the final setup.
As a note this tutorial is definitely NOT optimized for workflow units as it uses a lot of "do a search" calls but I'm experimenting with that to see if I can improve it and will update everyone if/when I do.
