Design teams foist some really uncomfortable spaces on occupants. Clearly indoor air quality doesn't come up often enough in the design process or we would not have corridors designed for ad-hoc meetings where folk end up finding other places to carry on their conversations because no none thought to provide ventilation to such spaces.
IAQ levels can be anticipated and facilities have existed in simulation tools for quite some time. Not in your work-flow?
