The upper trap tightens from excessive hiking of our shoulders, resulting from poor posture and stress. Tightness of these muscles leads to shoulder/neck/jaw pain, and headaches. Frequency of this stretch is up to 2 min each side, 1x/day. This video is part of a series on neck stretches.
