I use grease as the last product when I do my twist outs. I use the LOC method, and I use the grease after the C. It gives me lasting definition.

LOC = 1. Liquid, 2. Oil, 3. Cream. If you use oil as the last product then it would be LCO = 1. Liquid, 2. Cream, 3. Oil lol

@@iaaeottg21 I don’t consider the grease as the “oil” in the LOC method. I actually use a loose oil( combo of olive, jojoba, and grape seed). I consider the grease as more of a sealant after I’ve applied the cream (styler) for my twist outs.

You are hilarious without even trying. I can tell the humor isn't forced and your authenticity shines through. You don't try to be anybody but you. If something(a product) works for you it works, if it doesn't, it doesn't. You also stay true to YOUR techniques and are serious about the twist out life. I mix sulfur 8 with this, the blue color blue magic, Africa best grease, herb oil, miconazole, I love grease with herbs I can see lol. Efizara updated my grease game. I stopped using grease and my hair needed to be moisturized and seal every day with oil going everywhere.

My mom always used black Dax grease, ultra sheen grease (blue one), can't remember if she used Blue magic... but imagine try it. My hair was so thick & long, almost to my buttocks. These leave in conditioners are irritating my scalp & thinning my hair. Going back to grease.

This grease is very good. I also put in some almond oil, grape seed oil in my grease so that it is not too thick. I just used a leave in conditioner and this grease. My hair was beautiful and moisturized. I will continue to use this product it did wonders for my hair. Girl these are just green tea leaves. You will not see the specs on your hair. Thank you for sharing this demonstration for the old school remedies

Yeah my mother always used Dax on my hair growing up. But grease stains your pillows. 😊 So I havent used it in years. You're making me want to go get me some because my hair is super dry

You have great hair. I watch your videos because your hair is clearly healthy. It not about stressing growth you enjoy where you are in your natural hair journey. Your twists have great moisture, and definition. I figure by watching your videos I will be able to replicate the same after seeing enough videos. You support and buy black owned products, so we share that value, and you review them. Your hair regimen is pretty consistent so we can trust ur opinion with how well something does for your hair. You also tell us what you look for in a product, how you know a products is working for you, this allows us to better examine how the products we buy work for us. For instance in this video you say you use oil when untwisting to prevent frizz, which is a common thing naturals can experience when trying the style. During the video what you say is actually relevant with some entertaining qualities you have thrown in there too.

These products with natural ingridence and water is what we use as children and had our hair growing thick and long.....then came chemical treated hair and the hate against petroleum in grease .....Over the years our hair would have gone through a lot of damage and breakage so we have to cut it all off and start fresh again..... Because of our kinky hair type these products was actually made for our hair the reason why it work.....
