Can I divide the vaccine if my chicks are not many?

I have a very important question. Okay, say I vaccinate once per week due to only about 8 chickens hatching. Is it okay for the vaccinated chicks to be in the next brooder over? I am just worried if the chicks are in proximity to the vaccinated chicks that they will be exposed to the virus? I wish I could vaccinate them every day, but the vaccine only comes in large 1,000 dose quantities. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏

I have around 13 chicks ranging from 2 weeks to a day old. I removed them from mama as soin as they hatched and put them in the brooder. I need to vaccinate them all. Can i at this point ?
