Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose) enhances blood circulation in the lower abdomen, improving the digestion system. If Vajrasana is done wrong it can give injuries to your ankles or knees.
In this video, I will demonstrate the right way to do Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose or Vajrasana for beginners. The proper technique and adjustment to do Vajrasana or Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose will help you to protect your knees while doing forward bend. People with knee pain can also try the right way to do Vajrasana.

Good evening sir, Sir maine 1 hafte pehle se hi yogasana shuru kar diye hain. Mujhe 4 mahine ke andar apni poori body ko flexible banana hai aur main bhi part time master banna chahta hoon. Isliye sir kyonki humari body furtili aur full flexible rahe... Sir agar humari body flexible rahegi to kya hum videos se dekhkar gymnastic skills ya moves khud se sikh sakte hain?
