Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose) enhances blood circulation in the lower abdomen, improving the digestion system. If Vajrasana is done wrong it can give injuries to your ankles or knees.
In this video, I will demonstrate the right way to do Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose or Vajrasana for beginners. The proper way to do Vajrasana or Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose will help you to protect your ankles and knees while doing forward bend.

- Vajrasana Relieves excessive gas and pain in the stomach region.
