Yeah, Squad stories change 1 bad potential into a good one (or teach a new one if characters don't have 4 personal ones), usually their worst one (Like Vancey who has multiple bad ones, but loses her worst one on the Squad Story for an amazing one). But on Neige's case she doesn't change her worst one, so she can still lose all her AP randomly, which is unfortunate lol.
