Yes. For instance. By sourcing better personel (HR), creating smarter products (R&D), buying other or cheaper quantaties for production (Procurement) etc.
Well. It's just a Macro analysis. Just analyse the part of the world or country where the company is active in and search for relevant opportunities and threats. So don't come with irrelevant factors like 'growing costs for households' whilst 'growing care for personal health' might be relevant. Find acadamic papers, journals, reports or newspapers where you can find this relevant and up to date info and substract the info. That's your analysis.
It's quite a hassle to analyze all the different items, easy to make mistakes, if you don't do it right it will be a 'fill in form' rather than a analyzing model, which perpective will you take? Forgetting the external linkages, could a endless way if you also analyze the chains of your partners, high chance of 'self fullfilling prophesy'
Hi Arthur. Precies hetzelfde. Inkomende logistiek zijn bijvoorbeeld de aanvragen. Operatie is 'aan de slag met het verzoek'. Uitgaand is het advies wat gegeven zal worden. Daarna de externe vertaalslag etc. De ondersteunende activiteiten blijven gelijk. Snap je? Noem anders gerust een voorbeeld van een branche.
Aha ok. Wat belangrijk is, is dat je het model als kapstok gebruikt. Je hoeft het niet letterlijk over te nemen maar kunt het gebruiken als denkwijze. Dus start bij 'hoe komt een opdracht binnen, hoe snel wordt ermee aan de slag gegaan, wie ontfermt zich over wat er moet gebeuren of welke personen aan dienen te sluiten bij de klus, hoe snel wordt er vervolgens een offerte gemaakt en gaat het voorstel de deur uit. Hoe is de follow up na het voorstel'. Verder kun je kijken in hoeverre de rest van de organisatie op de hoogte is van wat er in en uit gaat. Als je dit een beetje nauwkeurig opschrijft, kom je er vanzelf achter of er ergens 'kinken in kabels' zitten (linkages die dus niet 'fluent' zijn). Of dat juist het bedrijf (ten opzichte van de concurrentie) enorm efficient werkt. Ook zal het bedrijf met externe bedrijven te maken hebben (leveranciers) waar ze al dan niet efficient mee werken. Kun je hier iets mee?
