Just been searching for ventilation ideas for my suzuki carry van, didn't really want to put a roof fan in....what a great idea this is!!!! Totally solves my worries of a leaky roof ....Thanks x
You are the man! I've been trying to work out a plan for ventilation, and this is perfect! I may do two fans on mine. Thanks for showing your whole process.
For the front windows I've since put up the rain guard things and attached magnets to a screen. That way I can just fasten them to the inside of the window frame and leave the window cracked without worry of rain getting in or looking like the window is even open.
What Make, model and year is your van? I want to trade mine for another one that has back windows that roll down. I've also heard that the mid-to-late 2000 model Toyota sienna is all-wheel drive?
Sorry for taking so long. The 125 amp hour battery the 12v fan doesn't even make a dent in the battery bank, but we also have a 100w solar panel so it's hard to tell.
Idk if this product is for what I’m looking for, but is it possible to Instal a microwave vent that sucks the air OUT of the car ?? I’m asking bc of covid19, Lyft/uber drivers sure can use it !!
It worked well. We decided to move toward a rainguard since it fits better and is often designed for vehicles. We have a 12v dual fan we use from Amazon that we can use to blow air in and out from either the front or the windows.
@@dadsonyoutube Oooo, nice. I'll have a look for the fans you described. I'm thinking I might try a battery bank with some kind of powerful DC fans. That way I can avoid cuttin' holes, in search of that sweet ventilation. Thanks!
