I love the shop you took us too, oh how I wish we had those little cool places tucked in here and there where I live. Nothing. Your surrounding area looks exactly like home in Scotland. ..I hope my cabin looks half as good as your gorgeous home (obviously on a smaller scale because it is just my workshop and cosy space so I don't have to invade my sister's home every time I go up to see the kids and grandchildren.

It snowed here in Nebraska on Halloween but it didn't stick.

I'm almost completely vegetarian, I tend to use dairy substitutes but I occasionally still eat fish (it's kinda difficult my family coming from Aberdeen and there being such a lot of people who were involved in the fishing industry, to refuse to eat fish. I also have really bad gluten intolerance. .even tablets containing gluten will make me bloat like a pregnant horse...I generally only eat pulses like lentils, beans and stuff like that and a lot of vegetables, fruit can be difficult as I get horrendous heart burn with certain fruit (I'm such a wuss I always think its my heart packing in lol!) Yes though I think I may try this intermittent fasting but I really need to go to the doctor and find out exactly what I can and can't eat and what the best substitute foods are because I worry about osteoporosis. I can't take hormone replacement partly on animal welfare grounds and partly because I didn't get along well with the pill, I was taken off it by my doctor due to side effects which were indicative of DVT wbich is scary so the pulses and similar are often oestrogen precursors so I tend to stick with that as I didn't have bad menopausal symptoms. Your fasting is really interesting I need to watch all your videos on this xx

i did that with my toadie vlog forgot to turn audio on so no chat hehe we are but human, but me and anork enjoyed the drive and anork thinking of being vegan that chili did look good lol ohh and have you ever been to new york city stupid question i know hugs bee and anork xxxx
