I got my half marathon PB today with 1:21:30 by 34 seconds. Aiming for sub 1hr 20min for the Liverpool half in 4 weeks I’m sure you’ll smash that time tomorrow though best of luck Ben 👍

What kinda weights / reps are you going for in the gym. ( like weigh for max reps 15 but do 10/12 and 3 sets ?)

Do you use a wobble board? I find them fabulous for strengthening ankles after rolls/injuries of any kind. Good for rebuilding proprioception and al that. About £20/25..? Anyway all the best! Good luck. :) 👟

Not clickbate.. decision between the Takumi and Vaporfly. Takumi is certainly a very fast shoe and good for half’s, just haven’t ran enough in it to really know yet!

@@BenParkes well I'll let you know , it's is highly unlikely to be used over a Vaporfly in a half marathon . Thanks for replying and I'll be cheering for you , especially now you have chosen the better shoe ( by a mile )
