Not all psykers are banned: Harlequin Shadowseers are still allowed. You'd think that psykers belonging to the Troll god of eldar would be less desirable when it comes to psychic safety compared to all the other eldar psykers, but oh well. Urien Rakarth was also alive during the Fall, not just Vect. There's not really much anything about what he was doing back then, although the first haemonculi were said to be prominent in the ancient Eldar empire (according to the Covens supplement book), so Rakarth was probably higher up than Vect at the time.

I'm puzzled about the dark eldars relationships with craftworld eldars... do they hate each other like the elves and dark elves from warhammer fantasy or do they just simply avoid eachother?

How do the dark eldar supplant themselves? Are they as restricted in their fertility as other eldar or do they have some other of means to reinforce their numbers given their high death rates?

so I was watching Lutens overview of the war in heaven and he mentioned that one old one survived all the way up to the point when Slaanesh was born which is when he died, does anyone know anything about this? I tried looking it up but I couldn't find anything.

Vaults of Terra, you earlier did a great video of Necrons. However the Necrons have now been turned into 40K Tomb Kings by idiots who believe that originality/creativity is too complex a concept to handle. Surely you cannot smile on these changes and claim that they are for the better. The Necrons were moving forward in the narrative, now they are stupidly stuck in the past. Here is the moral now so you don't get carried away by my rightful bitching. "By combining and even replacing the concepts and histories of the Necrons with that of the Tomb Kings, the Necrons have become a much lesser army in background, at least..." (Bitching below) Compare the backgrounds and models of the new Necrons and the Tomb Kings, C'tan are Nagash. Szarekh is Alcadizaar. Cold Necron Lords have become petty squabbling Tomb Kings. Just because the two armies look similar, it doesn't mean that they need to be the same army. The awesome Necron history has become rubbish, especially with these crappy dynasties. The Necron background has become 2 dimensional at best for no benefit when in the past, mystery placed a large part of the character of the army. I hesitate to use the name but Matt Ward had no idea of who the Necrons were and what was appealing about the Necrons in the first place. Necrons weren't meant to have relatible personalities, let alone petty personalities. They were cold, emotionless robots lead by ghostly gods who wanted to devour all the energy in the world. Necrons had real reason to conquer to universe. Now we have prideful, emotional Overlords blindly attacking space for the only reason of pettily proving themselves to those around them. The C'tan have no narrative reason to continue to exist, and are now merely tools. Laughable "Egyptianish" names have been used for characters who have no character whatsoever. Were it not for the impressive models, the Necrons would be seen as a joke. (You can use any dialogue you like, should you wish)
