Thanks, Kathy! I’ve made this, but not in a while. Your version has a couple of differences I look forward to trying.

I hunted several places for chicken liver nowhere could I find any, thank goodness I came across this recipe as I had cremini mushrooms so I had something for Passover.(Hoping it tastes close)

Hi Kathy~ I'm visiting family over in Greensboro ~ I'm from Northern Arizona ~ watching your video while in your neck of the woods. I feel like I'm your neighbor today! The pate looks wonderful.
