Vegan Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote | Sensible Plate

How to make vegan Panna Cotta. I used almond milk but you can also use any other plant-based milk such as soy milk. Also please feel free to substitute other kinds of sweeteners. This easy-to-make vegan Panna Cotta has a delicious silken texture, but you can increase the thickness by incorporating coconut milk or some kind of starch. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
Vegan Panna Cotta:
500g unsweetened plain almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
50g maple syrup
1 1/4 tsp agar agar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry compote:
200g fresh blueberries
100g water
40g cane sugar
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Why are people saying he ripped off Peaceful Cuisine? He's simply making a video that's perhaps influenced by another content creator. It's a great style of filming/editing and there's nothing wrong with taking elements of something you like and using them. Musicians do it, writers do it, chefs do it. Everybody chill. Great video, by the way. Keep up the good work

Del Johnston very true. We all are always be influenced by other people. Every song, every essay, food recipes, the way we talk, anything tbh. People making hateful comments aren’t thinking about how it doesn’t help at all. So when I wear the same style of clothes with someone they have seen, I can’t..just because that would be call “copy”???

First off, keep doing what you do as long as it's your true passion and making a vegan cooking channel to engage a wide audience base to understand about vegan foods is great. I don't care if you "copy" someone else's cooking style, photography, videography, filmography, etc. I think as long as you do it truthfully and love doing it, please keep posting!

I've been a fan for some time and am simply creating more of what I like to see. I'm not vegan, but this is certainly the best way to make panna cotta, I like to pair mine with cherries for that almond flavor combo.

Loved and keep loving your videos. Can you please always give the equivalent in cups and tbsp... I know we can use a converter but the results are all over the place and are different depending what website you use .. I just made this recipe and I pray that comes out as yours. I added more agar agar because 500 grams of milk according to converters is 3 cups and there's no way you have 3 cups in that pan... 🤔🤔😱😱😱😭... Also 50 grams of maple syrup according to converter is 3 tbsps made my panacota a little dark.., 😭 However, thank you!!! ... Keep doing videos please .. They are the best, no fuzz, no loud noises, only the beauty of the ingredients and natural sound of the kitchen tools... 😊 👍💖

What country are you from? Why are you combining the metric system and the English system in the same recipe? Why are you measuring your liquids by weight and and not volume? This doesn't make sense in either system of measurement. It doesn't appear like you are accurately measuring any thing in this video using either system. What gives??

Hi marisa537. I’m from the U.S. I use a digital kitchen scale (which viewers mostly don't see in the videos) to measure the majority of ingredients by weight. I use grams because I find it a cleaner unit of measurement to work with. For smaller quantities, I use tbsp and tsp where feasible. All ingredients are measured precisely (adjusted within takes) to create the final dish. I personally find a kitchen scale an invaluable tool for cooking. I find it much more efficient (e.g., don't have to clean measuring devices; I can measure directly from the ingredient within the food packaging or as I'm combining ingredients), more accurate and consistent (e.g., a cup of flour weighs differently depending on the humidity level), inexpensive, easy to use, and it's what you'll find in most professional kitchens. Where are you from and how do you handle measurements?

Peaceful Cuisine is one of the best channels but by no means is it the only one to create calm cooking videos. His and Sensible Plate’s videos are a huge inspiration to me and my channel, but our recipes all differ greatly and hopefully we can each bring something unique to the world of RU-vid 💕
