On October 6th of 2022 HBO max dropped a teaser for their new upcoming Show Velma. Saying this teaser was disliked would be a bigger understatement statement than saying a neighborhood sized pile up was just some minor traffic. However, I am a fair guy and wanted to give this series a chance. So after watching it twice, while taking breaks to shower so I can cleanse myself of this filth, and go to church to apologize for my sins. I discovered that HBO’s Velma is the Worst Show that has ever been created. I don’t mean the worst show on HBO max or worst animated series, no no no, I mean THE WORST SHOW EVER! It’s painfully unfunny, hates its target audience, and every character is so unlikable, you end up rooting for the serial killer. It’s a show that no one asked for, has become the 3rd lowest rated show on IMDB, and was somehow hate watched so much that it’s getting a second season. So how did this comedy spin-off of a classic Franchise turn into the most painful viewing experience I’ve ever had to go through. Well to understand that, yall are gonna need some context.
