Yeah it is my favorite of any Veto Bag I’ve had so far. I really prefer multiple smaller bags for weight purposes… but this one holds a lot at a middle size and it’s not too heavy. One medium size bag takes up less space in my truck than 2-3 smaller ones. I definitely wouldn’t want to go bigger.

I condensed into a 10inch Husky which sits in the floor board behind drivers seat. I keep all of my overflow hand tools in the 16 inch toughbuilt which sits in the middle floor board of the back seat. I just fill my husky based on what the task at hand is going to be, if I need to add a chisel,volt meter, hammer, impact whateeer it may be. I usually know what task I will be doing before I get to a job so that helps. I made a video on my Husky 10 inch loadout if you want to check it out :) I forsure want to see some more railer stuff, especially with a discount code! WIsh they would send me the allen key set haha! I have a couple of the Dewalt locking bit holders and love them I have found that every once in a while a bit will get kind of stuck and require pliers to get it out. I also like the Hart locking ones although they are a little bigger around. Lets see a new truck loadout! Great video as always!

Yeah, I do that same thing with my MP1. I load it up based on the job. This has been a trial run but I haven’t minded the one bigger bag yet. I may end up adding that TP3B back in if I feel I need too. Truck is still being adjusted. I haven’t worked all the kinks out of that yet.

Recently I've been shocked at the high quality of Icon and Doyle at HF. @Jesus_Strong
@Jesus_Strong Год назад
@@MORGANSMaintenance I never tried the Milwaukee ones but only the DeWalt locking, I’ve only ever had one break on me, other than that they hold up well. With the MCT being heavy up the stairs and all I do use the TP-LC and I actually use a Klein belt with a TP3 pouch that fits great with a Dewalt drill holster to hold the 12 Volt impact and some bits. Most of the stuff I deal with are 100+ yr old homes with the old pancake boxes and cloth wire, so I use a lot of drill/tap combos 8/32 and a ton of fixture hickeys. When we hit the knob and tube we have the customer sign a work order for us to even touch knob and tube.
@MORGANSMaintenance
@MORGANSMaintenance Год назад
@@Jesus_Strong I use a Klein Belt I keep in my truck with my MP1 or a TP3 too. (Like $10 on Amazon and the best belt I’ve used) I will load those out from this bag or my drawers if I’m doing a job that will take some time. I haven’t ran into Knob and Tube in my area hardly ever. It is around, I’ve seen it in some houses I’ve looked into buying… it’s just not been in any places I typically do work. If the weight becomes an issue I may end up deciding to go back to the TPLC and just be more choosy about the tools I carry. I carry a lot that I don’t “have to have” on me because I could use another tool… but I don’t want those tools to feel left out thinking daddy likes the other tools better 😂😂😂
@Jesus_Strong
@Jesus_Strong Год назад
@@MORGANSMaintenance 😂yeah in Chicago we see a ton of Knob and Tube, the problem is the city can’t make anyone change it and the City doesn’t have compliance inspections so it’s up to the Home Inspector to let the buyers know and they never go through with it, over here Romex isn’t allowed at all in all Chicago and the Cook County area which is huge, everything has to be in conduit with Chicago’s own code adapted from the NEC code, so it’s tough because it’s all plaster and lathe and nobody wants to demo that. So that’s why it stays the same, pretty ridiculous!
@MORGANSMaintenance
@MORGANSMaintenance Год назад
@@Jesus_Strong That is crazy. Conduit in walls is nice in some cases (upgrading switches), but it sucks to make changes to… (additions or subtractions). @MORGANSMaintenance Год назад
It’s a personal preference for everyone. I am a bit of a neat freak, but I also clean everything before making videos. It sometimes just depends on what people do too. My work puts me in direct contact with clients or inside of finished homes and an impression is given off of professionalism. Not that clean tools, clothes, etc.. make me better at anything, but that with some customers makes it more comfortable to let you in their home. They are more likely to call you again. Those become the customers who call you and no one else… that’s the customers I want. Not the ones who want 10 estimates. Whereas if I’m only going to a job site, never see a customer, it’s an unfinished space… then there might not be as much a need to work as clean. We all do it different… you do you 😂👍

I clip mine on the outside of the bag when I carry it in. I normally just carry one. Certain bags are better for that. This one you can take out the panel in one side and it is just an empty space to fit bigger stuff… but you obviously would have to lose some hand tools.

Yeah I prefer a lighter bag with my best multifunctional tools (as long as they do the functions well)… I used to run 3 bags for my most used type of jobs but unfortunately space in my truck has changed that… I have to use that concept in my truck and cut some stuff. A heavier bag adds up at the end of the day. If I only did one specific task my life would be easier… but when you are possibly an electrician, plumber, HVAC tech, carpenter, appliance repair, etc all in the same day… it’s hard to be a minimalist.

Hello Merry Christmas to you and thank you for all your reviews and videos it’s been very helpful. Since you have more experience than me and you seem to have more veto bags than the MCT BLACKOUt Wich one do you recommend me to spend my well earned money ? The Big tech pack blackout or this MCT, keep in mind that im an apt maintenance tech and I’m currently using the milwaukee packout bagpack for 2 years now but its starting to wear out! Thank you and Merry Christmas too! I have not had a Veto Tech Pac. I also don’t use backpacks because I typically don’t have far to go from my truck to the work. I know the Tech PAC is bigger and holds more… but that would end up being too heavy of a bag (for me, I’m weak 😂) but if you need to hold more tools… and like the backpack that may be the way to go. You can always put less in it if it’s too heavy. It has that extra space in the front to hold things as needed too. The only real downside I’ve ever seen in it is access to the back section where the backpack straps are seems a little bit involved. I would put things in there I didn’t use as often. The MCT is smaller, but big enough for me. I like that’s is compact and easy to access everything. I would think the backpack part would be the biggest decider for you. If you walk around apartment complexes all day, and you like the backpack part of your Milwaukee… you may want to go that route. Hope that helps!

You can see them here amzn.to/3SVDLMf You get Metric and SAE in a small package that don’t take up much room. They have a ball end set and a regular. I have both. Occasionally I need a L Key for the length because I need to get in somewhere deeper that the bit won’t go but it’s rare. In those events I have a set on Bondus keys in my truck. I like them for their size. Bondus Ones- amzn.to/4bT0ukw I have the color set which are more expensive and harder to find now then when I bought, but they have regular sets too. I recently bought the new Milwaukee ones… but in my video for them many people kept saying the Wiha were the best, WERA was probably the second most suggested. I’d rather keep my bag and tell them how to make their own money 😂 I’m not saying anyone needs to buy these, and especially as many as I have (which I review stuff is why I try more things than I may would in the past)… but these bags will last several times longer than cheaper options I’ve used in the past. That depends on what you do of course, a cheaper bag can last one person the same amount as a Veto if their job environment is a little different. But if I spend $250 on a tool bag and it last me 2-3 times longer than a $100 bag, I feel I’m breaking even, but I’m using a bag that makes me more efficient (the longer I use a product the more efficient I become with it), is more enjoyable to use, and looks professional (I get comments from customers all the time)… then is it an investment? Maybe it allows me to make an extra $100 a month to put into stocks? I’m not disagreeing with you by any means, I’m just saying there are different ways to look at things than a price tag.
