@IIReeperCreeperII no it’s not. those kids grow up with all kinds trama and issues beachside of pedophiles. killing someone is also bad yes but at the very least, the victim won’t have to live on emotionally suffering
And his uncle seems like he is a gangster. A lesson to be learned here for all who think gangsters don't snitch or those that live that life don't snitch.
No he wont. When no one is looking. They will release him for good behavior. Or abolish life sentences. Similar to how they did with death penalty in most states and certain countries.
@@pancyborg524 nono u got me wrong LMAOOO im saying it’s ridiculous that the murderer of a little girl doesn’t get 50+ years or life without parole, and he gets 100 years for also committing murderer, the system here is a joke
@@Tashitoohot yeah but going out of your way to intentionally make the scenario as bad as possible to push the absolute worst punishment on someone who killed someone that ALSO kills people like ?? trying to make it look like he’s this monster for having completely human responses to having a friend or brother being killed by someone you know you can get to. I would spin for my brothers too.
glokk bih one is the defendant the other is a “witness” but since it’s obvious he was being bribed to be a witness he might be getting locked up with him I’ve been locked up seen it time and time again.
Damn his uncle snitching on him. That’s messed up lol. Dude deserves life for taking a life but damn imagine your own family ratting you out for some jail time off
@@OWlsfordshire you don't know what he did it for, you don't know these people......his uncle might have owed him drug money and he told him he was gonna kill him or someone next to him so he snitch, don't believe everything you hear on the news, they never have the full true story. Especially when it comes to street stuff. Read between the lines
•Tiara• No one deserves to die because they offended someone else. Stealing from someone CAN feel more painful than rape. If you want to dish out death because of you feel then you don't deserve the life. I might be a hypocrite for saying this but the only one that doesn't deserve life is the one that takes away life continuously.
All these comments are saying " dang this comments section Is just filled with thirsty girls crawling all over this killer"( something like tht) but I cant find a single one cuz y'all commenting too much about that ! 💀
tbh Edgar cut is kinda getting old now y’all need new hairstyles. I agree about your comment. The whytes always be rocking that bum azz messy kind of hairstyle with a receding hairline looking like a cow licked their hair to the side. 😂😂
Imagine going to trial facing 100 years and thinking your uncle got your back(since he is a fellow criminal and all), then come to realize he singing like a canary on the stand lmfao. I am deceased XD

@@duke9849 I feel everyone deserves a chance at life. Let's say a man at 24 years old sexually abused a child served 20 years and came back a better man. He turned out to be the sweetest and most kind hearted man you've come across and deeply regretted what he did. Do you think he deserves to die because of what he did in his past? I feel people deserve to live because they can always change, I'm Christian so I always try to be a forgiving and merciful person.
If you look at it from the point of view that he is serving life anyway(the guy) , might as well save himself -10 from his sentence ( the uncle). I wouldn't mind if I was given 99 years to save a family member -10 they probably already talked about it in prison. My guess
@@gummy5862because Texas is highly known for handing out heavy sentences to people of colored. The system in TX is kinda brutal thats why they say “don’t mess with Texas.” Also know that in court depending in the state and different laws, the prosecutors and jury look on the way someone murder a person. If you butchered someone, stabed someone to death, shot someone to death, beat someone to death, accidentally killed someone, yea they’re all murder but each one will get you a different sentence. Also in Texas, the biggest difference between murder and capital murder can be summed up in two words: death penalty. Capital murder is punishable by life in prison without parole or the death penalty. Murder is punishable by up to life in prison, with the possibility for parole. This dude got charged with capital murder.
