Happy birthday to the birthday boy. Yea, this cake is rich and heavy. As we say, "a little goes a long way", You can eat a piece, but it will fill you up quickly. Look up the recipe that involves torn pieces of angel food cake, strawberries, (or cherries), and whipped cream. It is a refrigerated dessert that is a lot lighter than the one you served today. Good video, and I am not surprised they found it too sweet. I am sure villagers are not to used to sweets with so much sugar in them.
