the worst thing about that sound for me is that my old computer's (as in, a computer I used up until a week ago) sound card had some kind of problem where certain small noises would cause some kind of massively-loud tinnitus-like audio glitch to suddenly be mixed with every other that came through the speakers (or connected headphones) until I restarted the system and prayed that I could turn off the offending sound that caused the glitch before it happened again; and said horrible glitch sound literally sounded almost exactly like the earrape sound in this stream (except somewhat higher pitched), which with everyone in the comments talking about how awful it is makes me wonder how I was able to endure the psychological and auditory trauma of a sound like this regularly for literally a couple years (sorry, I know this is a really long-winded comment, I'm just haunted by it).

32:20 despite only being shown off for a few seconds, this game had me extremely interested in finding a link to play. Unique concepts (like the interactive title screen), the buildup before entering the tower looked fun too with the interesting idea of controlling Yoshi first to help Toad get through. And that music, it was... honestly some of the greatest I’ve heard. I had never heard about Temporal Tower before seeing this fangame but apparently it is from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, which makes sense everything I’ve heard online about that game seems absolutely stellar, So it was a good idea for this game to take inspiration and even if it’s a bit tough around the edges, I would really like to try Temporal Tower Adventure.

Most of these appear to be people playing with Gamemaker. I do fondly remember the days of making platformers in the demo that don't let you move unless you jump. Though, I am impressed that at 10:17 someone managed diagonal movement, even if it is slightly janky.
