Vinny Vinesauce plays Grunn, a very normal gardening game where you get hired for maintenance work over the weekend. A simple task, but strangely some tools are missing…The owner of the garden isn't around, and their house is off-limits. Perhaps new tools can be found in the mysterious town, or maybe some of the reserved townsfolk have seen them?

im a gardener by trade, in defense of the shrub in that bathhouse, you would be surprised that most million dollar properties with pool houses have all sorts of wacky showering areas. there is one account i manage that has a 'living' bathroom out doors. picture a zen gravel garden with moss and tropical plants making living stalls to separate the shower heads, even the toilet has a clematis vine trellis that grows up the back of the tank .. but its a bitch to maintain haha, requires constant weeding and pruning

Also it does make sense to have an outdoor shower when you have a pool, so you aren't tracking in chlorinated water that could bleach the carpet or floor, or dirt from the patio. a lot of public beaches have them too to wash sea muck and sand off you.

@@scrung Really it's because he fails to focus on the gameplay and play the game and just reads chat instead. So he just sees an endless wave of comments that last for 1 second and then are gone, rather than remembering and playing the games being streamed. I don't know of any other streamer that will stop playing the game for several minutes to read chat like he does. It also brings about maneveloent actors that will purposely chat messages to derail the stream because they know he will read it.

I for sure get upset when I see notable amounts of littering anywhere. I like to go on walks and I'll too often see places where passerby drivers window-chucked their trash into the grass by the trees, not a care in the world.

I garden a bit though it doesn't always turn out so well. This year I have some onion, yellow beans, carrots, cherry tomato, bigger tomato, yellow bell peppers, cucumbers, and peas. I also have 4 apples trees and wild growing blackberries/raspberries that the birds have spread around.

I don't have a garden, but I pick black raspberries (not the same as red ones) in parks, eat most of them but throw some elsewhere so that the seeds may take root and develop a new raspberry cane the following year.

i feel like this game would benefit hugely from ditching the time limit, or introducing some sort of upgrades between 'runs'. ie, the more times you 'loop', your shears get a longer range or you start each run with more of the grass pre-cut. im not suggesting the game turn into a roguelike or whatever, but having to clip _all_ of the grass every single time you want to make an attempt is going to get insanely tedious. the demo already has 5 endings, so thats 5 playthroughs, not counting any failed 'runs' where you have to start over because of the time limit. thats a lot of very annoying grass cutting.

My dads got him a garden in his back yard, corn, tomatoes, melons, beans, jalapenos, berries, and the works. My tiny house is next to my chicken farm and let some locaI farmers rent and rotate corn and soybeans on my land. They buy chicken litter from me for fertilizer. Farming is rewarding, zen as hell, and good for the wallet too!

Buy a old farm property with good fields. Advertise and rent those fields to farmers. Farmers will pay you the rent/profit margin on their share of the harvest. You could get by totally with just working a 4 hour job and the farmers take supplanting the rest of your income. Crops pay big money but it takes big money to maintain it also, and its totally fluid and unpredictable. One tornado or heatwave and you've lost it all.

The trailer for this did it a massive disservice. The tagline "a very normal gardening game" just pushes me the wrong way, like its intended audience are "ironic", quirky streamers. The gameplay is too slow for my liking, however there is appeal.
